I don’t know how I feel about the new Star Wars films being directed by J.J. Abrams. I suppose if I had to say on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being awesome and 1 being Jar Jar Binks, I’d give it a 5… with giant lens flare.
Luke figures all the classic wipe and sweep transitions will be replaced with giant lens flares. I sure hope that’s not the case, Star Wars doesn’t need to be shinier, Storm Troopers have a hard enough time hitting what they aim at without having to contend with blinding lightsabre* flare.
